Great location. Room was good and nice to have BBC 1 and 2 on the tv in the room. Concierges very helpful and friendly. |

This was our fourth visit to the Hotel. We have always had fabulous rooms previously so were disappointed with the room we were allocated this visit. When we asked about the size etc we were told it was an executive room and there were no others avaiable. Our "bath" towels were not much bigger than hand towels and the room was small. We were given only one standard coffee sachet each day althogh there was a couple of other flavoured ones. One coffee a day for two of us is not enough, I requested more and was left one more! We could not have tea as there was no milk, only coffee creamer powder. There was also 4 light bulbs not working in the room. |

Comfortable room The executive suite is not worth paying 190 euros, choose a normal room, they are pretty much the same but a lot cheaper. |

Location is very convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is good. Booked an `Excecutive room`, it was on the first floor on the main street, so very noisy at night. There was a window-door , the cold wind was passing under it and the room was too cold. I was staying with a 3year-old child, so the room itself was not of my satisfaction. I stayed in this hotel many times in the past, this is the first time that I am not satisfy. |

During my last stay I just booked the hotel via internet the same day I arrived and that was great to get it easy and with a reasonable price! Breakfast and the personnel in the restaurant was much better during my stay during week-end (Dec13-14, 2008) It was just excellent! But not so good food and service in Restaurant during my last stay this week Dec.16-17. |

All personnel was just excellently friendly, I felt very welcome. All I liked: personnel, nice veiw, breakfast, everything. |

Very central. Quite spacious rooms (executive room). Nice breakfast. 1)Had to change our room from due to a strong odour coming from the bathroom(sewerage system). However, the same smell but with less intensity existed in this other room.2)We forgot a gift package of Holland Cheese and mustard in the minibar.30 mins after check-out we asked for our package but mngt told us that housekeeping probably threw it into garbage!.Hotel staff ethical conduct is a big "?" |
